In an earlier post where I compared Textpattern vs. Wordpress, I mentioned that I was worried about the development of Textpattern. These doubts were unfounded as 4.2.0 of Textpattern has been released (yes I’ve been under a rock).
The developers addressed the admin side with selectable themes which was a minor concern for me when you compare Textpattern to Wordpress. Support for unlimited custom fields which was one of the important features that Texpattern lacked compared to MODx has also been added.
